Where is Salon Ciseaux located and what are your hours?
Salon Ciseaux is located at 658 Wymore Road, Winter Park, FL 32789. We are open Tuesday 9am–8pm, Wednesday 10am–4pm, Thursday 10am–7pm, and Friday–Saturday 9am–5pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
What services does Salon Ciseaux offer?
We offer a full range of hair, color, curl, and nail services. Specialties include curl-specific styling and cuts, color services, and nail care. We also provide formal occasion hair and makeup for weddings and special events.
Are you curly hair specialists?
Yes — Salon Ciseaux is a curly hair specialist salon in Winter Park. All of our stylists hold certifications for curl-specific services, from wavy to tightly coiled textures. Whether you are new to embracing your curls or a seasoned curl enthusiast, we craft a personalized experience for you.
Do you offer nail services?
Yes, we offer a full range of nail services including manicures, pedicures with our specialty being natural nails. Elise, our dedicated Nail Tech, is part of our team. For specific service availability, feel free to contact us directly.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online or by phone. We always recommend booking your next visit before you leave the salon to secure your preferred date and time. First-time clients with appointments over one hour will be asked to provide a credit card to hold the slot.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, some services may need to be adjusted.
What is your refund policy on products?
We offer a full refund on all unopened products. Sampled or opened products can be exchanged. If you have any questions about a purchase, just ask us.

What is the Bon Bon product line?
Bon Bon is Salon Ciseaux's own signature product line, created in-house by our team. It is one of the things that sets us apart as a salon. Ask your stylist about it during your visit.
Who are the stylists at Salon Ciseaux?
Salon Ciseaux is co-owned by Catherine Imbesi and Arlene Webber, both of whom are working stylists. Our team also includes stylists who have trained and worked under both owners as well as a full specialist who focuses on natural nails, waxing and skin care. We are a multi-award-winning team, recognized multiple times as Best of Orlando.
