You can book an appointment online or by phone. We always recommend booking your next visit before you leave the salon to secure your preferred date and time. First-time clients with appointments over one hour will be asked to provide a credit card to hold the slot.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, some services may need to be adjusted.
We offer a full refund on all unopened products. Sampled or opened products can be exchanged. If you have any questions about a purchase, just ask us.

Salon Ciseaux is co-owned by Catherine Imbesi and Arlene Webber, both of whom are working stylists.
